What we collect
When you buy: your email address, name, billing country and order details. Your payment card details are entered with our payment provider and are not stored by us.
To deliver your book: a record of your order and download link, so we can resend it if you lose it.
When you contact us: the message and email you send.
Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as your approximate location (country) from your IP address, used to send you to the right checkout.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
To take payment and deliver your book: to perform our contract with you.
To meet tax and accounting rules: legal obligation.
To answer your questions, prevent fraud and keep the site working: legitimate interests.
To send you news or offers: only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the shop. They only handle data to provide their service to us:
Stripe: payment processing. Stripe acts as merchant of record for your purchase and handles tax and payment support, and has its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare: website hosting and secure file storage.
Resend: sending your receipt and download link.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred, they use recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (usually six years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

This site uses only the cookies or storage needed to make it work. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Contact us at hello@youritalianonno.com. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
